You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please speak with our secretary first at 330-382-1229 for further direction. Products will not be refunded that are more than half used up unless there is something wrong with the product. Face Creams that are missing their sealers will not be refunded. All of our products are made with natural materials than can be very susceptible to oxygenation. The products should be kept protected from exposure to air as much as possible.
We want to make the best products we can for our customers. That doesn’t mean we can please everyone 100% of the time, even though we would like to. But we encourage and listen to feedback from our customers. That’s how we made our products to work so well. But sometime, especially when we are putting out new products, the product or the container doesn’t always perform as expected, even after our own testing.
